Campbell County Kentucky has 50 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 30 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Barth, Peter, Farm, Baumann House, Bellevue, Bishoff House and Blau's Four Mile House.

Many famous people are associated with these Campbell County historic places including Gen. James Taylor, Thomas Laurens Jones, Col. Richard Southgate, Col. Melville A. Cochran and Joseph Seiter.
