Significant places include Milner Dam and the Twin Falls Main Canal, Minidoka Internment National Monument, Caldron Linn, Jerome County Courthouse and Jerome National Bank.

Some of the country's most noteable architects helped create the Jerome County places including Morrison Knudsen Construction Co., A.J. Wiley, US Army, Sundberg & Sundberg, Paul R. Kartzke, H. T.
