Sevier County Tennessee (Historic Districts) has 13 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 2 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Elkmont Historic District, Great Smoky Mountains NP and Walker Mill Hydroelectric Station, Brabson's Ferry Plantation, Keener--Johnson Farm and Ogle, Bud, Farm.

Some of the country's most noteable architects helped create the Sevier County places including John Trotter, Wilson, Alda and Wilson, Elmina, Barber and McMurry and Barber & McMurry. Prominent architectural styles found in Sevier Country are Bungalow/Craftsman, Greek Revival and Colonial Revival.
