Pennsylvania - Centre County - Historic Districts
Centre County Pennsylvania (Historic Districts) has 18 places on the National Register of Historic Places including 3 places of National significance and 2 places of Statewide significance. Significant places include Black Moshannon State Park Day Use District, Black Moshannon State Park Family Cabin District, Black Moshannon State Park Maintenance District, Farmers' High School and Holmes-Foster--Highlands Historic District.

Many famous people are associated with these Centre County historic places including Andrew Stroup, Gen. James Potter, Conrad Reber, Roland Curtin, Daniel G. Bush and Gen. James Irvin.

Some of the country's most noteable architects helped create the Centre County places including Civilian Conservation Corps, John Irvin Sr., John Robert Cole, Julian Millard and Henry M.
