Significant places include Colonial Niagara Historic District--Lower Landing Archeological District (Boundary Increase), Old Fort Niagara--Colonial Niagara Historic District, Lockport Industrial District and Thirty Mile Point Light and Buildings at Niagara and Seventh Streets.
Some of the country's most noteable architects helped create the Niagara County places including Lockport Hydraulic Co., C.H. 0tis, Michael Sheahan, Hezekiah Eldredge, Orchard and Joralemon and Eagan and Cox et al..
